Structurally, the company looks organized, but internally, there is a lot to improve. There is no promotion scheme for employees. Poor salary hike management: there is no proper time for the annual hike. No transport was provided by the company. There are no perks or benefits provided by the company, apart from your fixed salary.

The HR performance at the Black box company is unsatisfactory. They conducted multiple interview rounds, and during salary negotiations, FRANKLIN DAVID from HR repeatedly called during working hours. On almost every other call he would alter the package details, claiming that" management did not agreed with it", only to return to initial package later. These frequent and unsettling calls prompted me to request that he communicated via mail only. However, after that, I did not recieve any messages. Furthermore, they gathered personal information under the guise of job application. FRANKLIN DAVID has boasted himself a lot on his linkedin profile but failed to live up to these claims in practise.

...eadership Nothing new to learn 0% hikes Mandatory work from office on all days. Don’t be fooled if they tell otherwise The salary is divided as transportation and shift allowance and hence if you take a leave you loose money.

Nothing good here you will see macro management everywhere

Dislikes

Macro management, bonus not paid on time. Management doesn't bother about employee feedback. Even though feed backs are provided for betterment of employee satisfaction they don't give a damn.

It is a great place to learn for freshers & those who want to consume knowledge. Many of the industry stalwarts have been through this company at one time.

...aisals, incentives & other benefits. Incentives are not paid in a timely manner. Difficult to work with partners & OEMs as they are paid on time. The entire senior management needs to be replaced with a better management & a directed focus to improve cash flow & relations with customers & partners. Not much is done for the benefit of the employees. There are many useless people that are working in Blackbox, if you desire to be one of them, just catch someone senior (Most of them are useless) & start kissing their bottom every day, you will easily survive there for decades with promotions & good pay hikes, while if you are hardworking & not a bottom kisser, you might not fit in here as the management tends to punish your hard work during the appraisal time.
