Variable pay will not be given on time, will always be given 50-60% Even after delays in giving Annual hikes, if management decide not to give hike arrear for a month, they won't give. You won't even get justification from HR team Career Growth : No program and efforts are being undertaken to improve career performance

...hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.

...eadership Nothing new to learn 0% hikes Mandatory work from office on all days. Don’t be fooled if they tell otherwise The salary is divided as transportation and shift allowance and hence if you take a leave you loose money.

Structurally, the company looks organized, but internally, there is a lot to improve. There is no promotion scheme for employees. Poor salary hike management: there is no proper time for the annual hike. No transport was provided by the company. There are no perks or benefits provided by the company, apart from your fixed salary.
