Good work culture.with less salary Salary high if you have high experience. Good company to explore.specially in electrical you will get lot of exposure in core electrical engineering

No support, salary deductions, asking people to leave jobs, top management cares for no one but themselves.

There is a lot of politics in the management and the people who are crushed in all of this are the regular associates, the growth is negative. People managing the company do not the work of the associates or how to manage the company.

A good platform to begin ur career as an recruiter, I'm always proud to say this is my first company and very thank full to my manager Madhu and my Director Rajesh ..their trust and guidance helped me to learn entire recruitment lifecycle and happy that I was successfully being awarded best performer 5 times...I just love this company..

Salary is less comparatively but you have lots of things to learn like client handling, coordinating with clients , handling mass recruitment etc.,

...lly cares about its employees. This is evident from the pay structure it offers. When other companies are giving menial basic salary as compared to total CTC to avoid paying PF and other related facilities, B&V offers highest possible basic in the salary structure. This reflects in the PF contributions as well. Secondly, the organization offers various opportunities to grow laterally as well as horizontally.
