No salary increment only maximum 4% increment per year minimum 2% increment. No work life balance 6 day working. This company working on Diwali no leave on Diwali after Diwali 2 days leave. No skill Development Maximum employee non technical only 1-2 person technical. Otherwise all employees B.A/B.Sc/10+2, 10th, ITI pass. No Job security only buttering is option for job security.if you continue buttering owner or Director your job is safe. Because company owner very like buttering people. Very bad Work culture company owner abuse your employees for minor mistake. Every time he said I will fired you. If you think join this company please don't join. Because it is trap. And company director is also very like buttering employee.

Never seen such a terrible company in my work experience from Company Management to Branch Manager don't known anything about work only spooning to company owner for growth. Work and life balance goes miserable. Back office means Liability to company as per Company owner only concentrated on Sales team. All the Branch work has to be done by Accounting team and credit taken by Branch Manager who has zero knowledge of computer and Managing of team. If you resign from Company and followup for FNF, HR will never answer your Mail or call and they will settle your FNF after deducting whole lot salary without giving breakup of FNF and settling the FNF after 70 to 80 Days. Overall its a worst company for Back office person.

I don't like the company. Pls don't go there. It"s Lala Company. They did not pay salary when the person resign.

...pany is very goods........Directors are supportive and appreciate your work..... salary on time, bouns on time, leave encashment on time. Overall Extra Ordinary company with good environments.

No job security.hoz poz inventory mis match of stock. rate accha hai toa dea do nahi toa wait karo jab customer rate dega tab deana hai.advace payment for customer jab tak account mea update na ho tab tak mat do samaan agar aglea nea rtgs kr kea bhej bhi di toa wait karo account mea reflect honea tak. for good outwards.
