All over good company to do work but some time having politics in department. As a same department, Same level staff like Site Engineer having work same but salary varies. I think depending on the 1 / 6 month month output for Increment. But there no any records. All PM, Sr. Pm not right report. Please future staffy Clearly support direct HR department. As per knowledge please I request you.

Do work hard but salary not given that Value of employe. Many staff work same level high work level to do Improve the level company but ......................... I illness to do more than to do work

There are many resources that company provides for working.

Dislikes

This is no place for career oriented candidates. No senior is technical. Salary is delayed for 3months (so if you have loans or any commitment you can go to other company). No employee benefits. No increment. No PG compensation. HR manager is least bothered about employees. He will talk to you only during selection process. After that he forgets everything about employees. Over all this company doesn't think about employee growth. Very bad experience.

Most of the time you are the boss of your own, nobody will tell you to do any work, but at the end end its your responsibility to get the work done.

Dislikes

Salary is not on time, sometimes the salary gets delayed around 4-5 months, i means how will a employee survive if this much will be the gap in salary. Company management is also not good, they don't give enough promotion or increment to the hardworking emplyee

Accommodation Super Friendly Staff , Fixed Timing Salary on time in a probation period. After end of probation it varies. Helpful Staff like HR,Admin,Incharge except Cashier/Accountant. Smooth process for F&F.

A single Rupee approval from HO.even your Site incharge (GM,SGM,VP) approved the same . No time limit To get approvals of work order creation,Work Order Amendment etc from higher authority in the software used for billing process.They approve on their own will/Choice. There Should be fixed Limit to approve WO.etc like 2 days ...3 days etc

I learned a lot at the organization as there was a manpower shortage. One person was doing all the activities. So learning-wise, yes. Secondly, all the festivals were celebrated over there.

...ance. 2. Company culture was poor. 3. No timely promotions or hikes provided. 4. Salary was never credited on time. One has to beg for a salary from the higher management. 5. Seniors were culturally poor. Used to treat juniors and freshers as trash. 6. Lot of politics in the organization. 7. Right candidates were never hired, only people who were referred. Nepotism.
