Poor management, During hiring HR will not tell you anything clearly about the salary deduction, BLK will deduct electricity bill, gas bill from your salary if you opted to stay in company provided bachelor accommodation

... good opportunity as no growth or future is visible even with hard/smart work. Engineer salary package is also below average...there are some B.Tech Engineers having experience more than 4 years and are still working for 14000 Rs per month although I feel they are good at their work but future in this company is clearly visible. By the way BLK have provided me opportunities for learning and exploring my knowledge for which I am extremely thankful to this company.🙂

... work No bonuses, although being contractor company it should think about it. Salary delay, although it's corna crisis its terrible. Now some good stuff: Got to learn from pin to mountain about this profession, I am fortunate to get metro project so I got to learn a lot with my seniors and colleague Well a home is a home even the roof leaks 🙂

I learned a lot at the organization as there was a manpower shortage. One person was doing all the activities. So learning-wise, yes. Secondly, all the festivals were celebrated over there.

...ance. 2. Company culture was poor. 3. No timely promotions or hikes provided. 4. Salary was never credited on time. One has to beg for a salary from the higher management. 5. Seniors were culturally poor. Used to treat juniors and freshers as trash. 6. Lot of politics in the organization. 7. Right candidates were never hired, only people who were referred. Nepotism.

Work system & some seniors are there which have high salary but not knowledge about Construction process....need high pay for right candidate.

Every month delay salary Every month asking for his salary timing.
