Most of the time you are the boss of your own, nobody will tell you to do any work, but at the end end its your responsibility to get the work done.

Salary is not on time, sometimes the salary gets delayed around 4-5 months, i means how will a employee survive if this much will be the gap in salary. Company management is also not good, they don't give enough promotion or increment to the hardworking emplyee

Nothing much. You can learn a lot but peace of mind is zero. I won't recommend anyone to join here tbh.

Dislikes

Salary won't be credited on time. There will always be 3 month salary pending. There is no specific date for salary it may be credited any time but after 20th of the month. By that time, you would have got so many money lend and it'll only be enough to repay them.

It's a great opportunity for me to work with the B. L. Kashyap sons Ltd. Team and all employees are very supportive and B. L. Kashyap and higher management are also supportive to every employee

For freshers and learner it's a good company, but the main thing is you will not get a salary on time for 3months you will get a first month salary in 3rd month.

There is no schedule for work time. There is no holiday for Sundays. Salary will not get on time.

I learned a lot at the organization as there was a manpower shortage. One person was doing all the activities. So learning-wise, yes. Secondly, all the festivals were celebrated over there.

...ance. 2. Company culture was poor. 3. No timely promotions or hikes provided. 4. Salary was never credited on time. One has to beg for a salary from the higher management. 5. Seniors were culturally poor. Used to treat juniors and freshers as trash. 6. Lot of politics in the organization. 7. Right candidates were never hired, only people who were referred. Nepotism.
