Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst company it is salary not paid on time, at the time of interview they say it's fixed salary no target but from 1st month only my half salary was deducted for non performance it's worst.

Honestly i'm sharing my experience... Guys, there is nothing to like. One of the worst company i have seen in my job career. My best suggestions for new joiners just ignore the company.

Dislikes

The FOUNDER of the company. Such a worst fellow and big fraud person. He will cheat for employee's won't pay the salaries as well properly.
