According to me- they provide cab for commute, provident fund and free and unlimited coffee.

Dislikes

There is only one head of operation who manages everything and just want anyone to come her way. There is no professionalism and they have their own definitions of wrong right and not being professional. People here neither follow the rule nor break the rule- they just bend it. Just imagine- the HOO stays and every month a good number of employees are leaving the company every month.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
