There is nothing to like. They are making fool to employees for promotions and appraisal.

Dislikes

They create pressure for selling products and also they force to sell products by using your own money. They don’t have appropriate selling prices that are not even close to market rate. That’s why, you have to use your own money for balancing the market rate and fulfilling the given target. Their managers also use very cheap language and they have no manners. I never worked for such a disgusting company like this before.
