New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. nothing likes about this company. It is really a scam.

Dislikes

Please don't join this company. It is scam. HR is very rude. They will cut your salary if their business does not work good and for this they will blame you. They will not give you any training and salary is too low. You will not get any experience here and if you join any other company then there you get same salary due to less salary. You will get all blame if something gets wrong.

I will never prefer this company to anyone, they are day light thieves

Dislikes

no proper training not provide full amount monthly salary force to work more than 8 hrs a day if you inform them about you are resignation, they will not give last month salary and experience certificate
