Management is not good, office politics, on the spot layoffs, no work life balance, each developer is over burdened with double the work, change their policies to suit themselves anytime, no proper Knowledge transfer, just work like a donkey here.

Likes

The teammates in BizMerlin are good. All are very coopertive and ready to help. You will get hands on expirience on various technologies.

Dislikes

The work pressure is somtimes high. There is no carrier growth and job security. Appraisals are Just okay. There are no other benifits that you will get. Also, there is jo on-job training for freashers, hence seniors folks have to guide them. The infrasturture is also not good.

Likes

BizMerlin is a supercharged company so every day is a new learning. They are pretty flexible about schedules so give a lot of chance to balance work and family but at the same time very particular about deliverables and client satisfaction. They have good clients - very tech savvy so meetings are also very interesting and not at all boring. It is definitely not for those who have a very laid back attitude about technology.

Dislikes

Team size is small so less opportunity to have good friends at workplace.
