There is lot of learning about bad experiences.

Hr is worst. They don't deliver what they promise. no compensation in any thing. No cab service. No wifi amount, no food allowance. Incentive is only achievable to close ones. salary pattern is poor. I have worked in 5 companies. This was the worst among all. You will never be appreciated for your good work. In case you perform bad you will be out of the company.

Co. Is supporting i mean they are not terminating employee in this pendamic time

Co. Are not giving any type of expenses like electricity bill expenses, as co. Dont have to pay travelling expense now etc etc so they should give us atleast electricity charges, not giving any type of charges ex electricity, internet charges..

Do not Work with This Company. Into pre-Auth process. Which at Airoli location. Suppose if you are doing 6pm to 3am shift . Manager and Sr. Associate staff remove a lucky draw that which person will go home on time. They do not bother of person is at western line . They extend staff for 2 hours daily. There are only 3 - 4 staff who are working in Pre Auth process. There is no canteen. No plate no spoon available. So think 2-3 -5 to 10 times before you apply for job.

Without necessity they won't force to work extra, as in my department of coding. TLs and managers are good and understanding.

Some time we need to work on extra things which we can manage internally. And people from other department blame other department as they don't work properly.

I don’t want to give any star to Bizmatics. The most famous line by management is “It ws management wrong decision to form this team & nw we r correcting our decision”. No job security at all. They hire people & within 1-2 months say we are scraping this team as it was wrong decision. Management scrap 3 teams with 1-2 months. No job security no fun at work. Lots of politics.
