Decision making capabilities with management is terrible. All the higher positions of administration are forcibly occupied by teaching staff who even don't have the basic sense of admin. People with extensive specialisation in their field are restricted to perform. No career prospective or learning for Non tecahing staff. Everyone is talking about innivation in closed labs but no one is accepting the same innovation outside the lab.

Its very good experience,work environment is friendly

Their is no appreciation and identity for good works,growth is slow,I have to work even night that to odd hours.other wise it is very good place to work.We have away from family attachment.and one should cool mind.should not rise his temp during any difference or phone calls during abnormal timings. thanks
