No Compensation, Growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, i have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

You can improve your skills and nothing get return, your salary after 2 year is less then trainee/ Frshser of another organization, company is presher cooker, and dhaval vyash is flame, join bitbuffs if you want to leave inside pressure cooker, they higher people on less salary and give them lots of work

Avani and dhaval always say bitbuffs family but you are not family members, u will never get paid regularly

The only saving grace is that there are a few good projects and you can learn if you are enthusiastic.

...xperience. It is a small company and neither the HR nor the owner is supportive. They pay a meager amount compared to the work. Once they restructured the CTC of employees reducing the PF amount and explained that they are increasing the take home. But, they essentially just reduced the employer PF component. The environment is toxic and it is hard to work or grow in skills here.

The environment at Bitbuffs Technology is very warmhearted and motivating. Ideal for working professionals, who also want to grow their skills in the company. The management encourages feedback and always helps out with new ideas.
