As a regular employee we are accustomed to the working hours. There's a depth in learning but one can benefit from it. There's lot of scope for learning the US standard and culture.

There's no flexibility in work it's just work and no life at all. If one is single also they will need to adapt the tough work culture

Left the company in 2015 but will like to give my feedback - One man show, very bad boss who actively contributed in feeding and nurturing toxic environment. No senior and mindful person in higher designation whom you can approach after the demise of the then CEO ( 2014). Even Employees, who has stayed in the company for 5+ years, were thrown out like garbage. Reasons - they are not sincere or don't work etc. My question is what have the company done to groom it's employees. Have their replacements stayed in the company for 5+ years. A good boss creates an environment of mutual trust and encourages co-operation among its subordinates. Good boss never uses the policy of divide and rule. The finance team use to sit in office till 8:00 through out the year, why because the toxic person stayed in office and if anyone leaves early that person is not diligent enough. I wasn't shock to hear in 2018 that there was a change in management, basically the company was sold off to Singapore based investor. We saw it coming long before.
