Coampany foget all those day's which we suffered from the year 2003 to 2008/9.we worked for the company with a very poor salary even some time we spent from our own pocket.

...management is not good. If u dont take transfer u have only option lose the job. At that time u won't get ur salary or expenses.

The company does not do the settlement of the person who leaves the job.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
