...management is not good. If u dont take transfer u have only option lose the job. At that time u won't get ur salary or expenses.

The company does not do the settlement of the person who leaves the job.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Company purely professional, and life balance depend on how is the ASM & the territory, incentive also few depends on territory which u have.

...ie : 11pm. it's also depends to ASM. Some report or paper work is not needed, The pay scales should higher.
