Employee morale is high .BJI has a very transparent management where the employees have the freedom to express their views. The institute operates in a democratic way in a sense that, unlike many self financing engineering colleges, staffs are treated well and teachers are given due reputation.

Dislikes

Though giving a respectable salary package, annual Increment shall be hiked in order to retain senior level faculty members.
