...k for company by spending your own money for the project accomodation and foods. Then later they will pay you accordingly their rules . If you haven't shown bill you won't be getting your own money . Except that they will cut it from your salary

Spending own money first for travel food and stay wherever they send in country. Nobody will respond you immediately if you are in trouble in othere cities

The rules and regulations of the company are very good and salaries and funds are paid on time. Everyone in the company talks to each other with respect. I wish the company a better future ..

I don't like some of the company's rules like promotion process, extra pay out and delay in incentive amount but I hope the company will improve it soon.

Comparatively less work than other restaurants. It offers food & accomodation facilities with the salary package.

The dirty corporate politics, misuse of reference, toxic managers who tend to taunt everyone for everything.

No work culture. Mumbai as a region was treated as step brother or you can say only bias with Delhi PPL and Gurgaon. Since the company head office is at Gurgaon. So not worth working there .

Company is very good growing brand. Can learn lot of things on opening setup of restaurants. Family and work both balanced. No work pressure. Very easy to work.

Dislikes

This company is not secured job, there is possibility to change region like North to South, or west to east. If we said not possible to HR due to family reason. HR directly tell to resign. No alternative options. This activities they does in financial year before increment. Think before you join. If you ready to travel Pan India. Then this is right job for you.
