You will get salary on time. Nothing more.

1.They won't give chance to change the project. 2. No backup team for project. If issue comes they will call you at any time at any position your in, even you are in hospital also. 3. HR team don't have any authority here, they fo only hiring here.

If we are allocated in any project there is some job security ,else there will be terminations

...of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing. It’s very unrealistic to survive in such team. Lot of people leaving their jobs from the same project I guess management should check and interfere it’s high time

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

Dislikes

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.
