The salary wise it's good. But only the starting salary that you getting not the hike.

Dislikes

Lot of cons: 3% annual increment, too much politics from the management, No value of the resources, Reimbursement process are late, HRs have mountainous attitude, Only Telegu people in Hyd office, No personal growth, Strict hours monitoring, 1 hour break max., Etc..

...achable 2.no team 3.no voluntarily resignation acceptance 4. No early release 5. No salary for the tenure employee with them 6.hitloristic attitude towards employee who leftover organisation point-3 considered as absconding. 7. No it-projects in banglore loc it's completely bench hire. 8. It's to just grab customers attention by showing branches worldwide.9. Fake company in Bangalore which doesn't follow basic humanity towards it's employees 10. It's not for developer it's just for BPO. 11. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
