If we are allocated in any project there is some job security ,else there will be terminations

Salary will be same for ever,they will not give any hike for current employees, Salary hike and promotions are main challenges here.

Dislikes

...of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing. It’s very unrealistic to survive in such team. Lot of people leaving their jobs from the same project I guess management should check and interfere it’s high time

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

Dislikes

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Birlasoft is an established company with good payouts as well. they have a mediocre office but the ambience is good. they pay good salaries.

Dislikes

Don't fall for likes... it has more dislikes than likes - they are dependent on huge billers - lack of innovation - they are still using archeological technologies - lack of opportunities.. once you are on bench... you are done - work from home is only granted to employees who are in projects (mercy of manager) - Zero appraisal don't expect it even if you worked hard for the project. - Good work is not appreciated here choose a different company.

The salary wise it's good. But only the starting salary that you getting not the hike.

Lot of cons: 3% annual increment, too much politics from the management, No value of the resources, Reimbursement process are late, HRs have mountainous attitude, Only Telegu people in Hyd office, No personal growth, Strict hours monitoring, 1 hour break max., Etc..
