Need more support from project manager or at least with management. Employee will not be allowed to discuss any issues or suggestions with managers. Trainings will be provided rarely.

Salary package is moderate. nowadays, tech-skill development platforms are improves a lot.

Very much constrained environment which prevents hard for self and team soft skill development. Hard to follow and implement the Leadership echo system. Current platform encourages toxic work culture.

If we are allocated in any project there is some job security ,else there will be terminations

Salary will be same for ever,they will not give any hike for current employees, Salary hike and promotions are main challenges here.

You will get descent benefits and salary when you have hired.timing are flexible but also depends upon the project which you are going to work.

Work life balance is all depends upon the project but some project having very bad work life balance. Appraisals are worst either you are doing best or you are exceptionally good .

Company docks pay for taking a sick leave. Management does not honour work timings. Compensation is only negotiated at time of joining. No team building activities or budget. Higher management uses employees as use and throw, once tasks are done no appreciation or compensation is provided. Many false promises are made. Company charges employees from salary for using company transport and for parking.
