Senior management pathetic, zero work life balance if you're in a Data Science project of a healthcare client. Compensation is okay but if you're not in a data analytics branch, it would be a great company which can help you earn money without much working. Decent infra, company is growing majorly due to data analytics projects. But due to extreme pressure on the data scientists, not mucb people are left and the projects will ultimately suffer.

Work life balance is poor. Salary not aligned with market standards. Poor review and severe politics, enough to ruin your health.

..., professionalism Unfair assignment of work and tons of politics while doing so. No communication on the career path, No good hikes in salary let alone the promotions. Company culture is no culture, there are no standards and procedures and processes to adhere as the roles and responsibilities blurred and very thin line of work KRAs and huge grey line role. Regret joining this team and the company.

1.No higher education plan 2.No extra benefits 3.No OT as most of IT companies providing if you're working late. 4.No perks 5.No food/beverage instead of just tea/cofee 6.No free cab it's chargeable and high charge

...u if that's not completed by this date... Which is completely unprofessional. 2. Company will cut you salary if has any holiday...and if you are failed to figure it out within 3 months then it will not pay you in any circumstances.... They need to focus on HR system to make it perfect. 3. Job security is Zero.

Salary package is moderate. nowadays, tech-skill development platforms are improves a lot.

Very much constrained environment which prevents hard for self and team soft skill development. Hard to follow and implement the Leadership echo system. Current platform encourages toxic work culture.
