Salary they offer is good. Leaving behind work life balance, there is a lot of learning opportunities for fresher.

Zero work life balance for me but totally depends upon the project . Bench policy is not good. You will be at high risk if you are in bench.

Environment is good for work and get support of teammates and management .it is good for learning.

Salary hike is very less and bonus does not found every year.it is average company for working purpose but not salary purpose.

...y. I worked here for 1.5 yrs. There is simply no learning at all. Repeated work. My salary went on hold for a month and I had to write a lot emails to management to get it released. Pathetic management people. ***IF YOU JOIN BIRLASOFT, MAKE SURE TO RUIN YOUR YEARS HERE***. No growth, no learning, sometimes they will call you in off duty hours. The management people are so pathetic here. It is not only my experience, but my friends who have left and working here have the same thought as that of mine for Birlasoft.
