Organisation is good but some people spoiling this organisation.

So much politics. There is not good culture for employees. Employee cannot do lunch on time. Regional head always do their finger for lunch for overtime and extra pressure. Branch manager himself is poor in knowledge part. He cannot manage their team.

It was my first job experience so I like there atmosphere. All my co-workers are very helpful.

I was working on 1year &9month but there was no increment. So for the better opportunity I was leaving the job.

Things which I liked and admired the most while working in BSLAMC was the keen interest and dedication of the RM for his work under whom I did my internship, his behavior towards all the officemates, his helping and guiding nature. BSLAMC gave me a wonderful learning environment and business work experience throughout my internship tenure.

The Company has a very good culture/ ecosystem. You can actually evolve as an entrepreneur, and also grow to take greater responsibilities. You get enough freedom to explore your capabilities. Learning opportunities are immense. You feel close knit with the colleagues & privileged to be a part of the ABG. Great work life balance.

Dislikes

Maybe because it is a part of huge Conglomerate i would call it " Top Heavy Organisation". Most decisions are on the discretion of people seated on leadership positions which leaves a entry level employee less rewarded of his hardwork. Slow Carrier Growth.
