Job security, Well its a private sector so no security in private we know but due to Covid-19 we cant say job security in Birla or any other company in Private sector.

Teammates, Learning, Scope of innovation curriculum, Friendly work environment

Dislikes

No training is given for development which demeans the career growth. Lack of clarity in the HR policies. Ambiguous review and appraisal process. No ethics in terms of talking with employees, especially the HR department. No other facilities for employees like, childcare, soft skill training, etc. The disparity in FnF, No uniformity in rules and regulation across all the employees. No value for employees. No system in the company.

The systematic has to be following at the same overall development for each and every child has to be focusing.

Dislikes

Need to be focused on systematic and displicine.Proper communication and timetable need to be focus.This year given more importance of activities.
