No training is given for development which demeans the career growth. Lack of clarity in the HR policies. Ambiguous review and appraisal process. No ethics in terms of talking with employees, especially the HR department. No other facilities for employees like, childcare, soft skill training, etc. The disparity in FnF, No uniformityin rules and regulation across all the employees. No value for employees.
