Salary is major constraints, No TA, DA policy, 2-3 people around owner(Ms. Manjushree Khaitan) running business as per their convenience, and Monetary benefit. No policy and nothing.

Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Dislikes

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprits are E.Nagaraju from Telangana and Anees Khan (Maharashtra), both of them harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.

...ent and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not good for our efforts career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...d all of staff with senior manager are good communication with those peoples....here training is also better from seniors salary also better compare to other cement companies with climate also good..
