Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I felt prevellaged working for Birla school pilani. It has been an amazing experience. I ferformed very well. The School also grew to greater heights during my tenure.

The interference of the Director in day to day running the school. The director must have the confidence on the Principal appointed by the management.

There are numerous things that I would like to share which I didn’t like about your institution one of them being that the behaviour of owner is very rude and disrespectful, They never met our expectations in terms of equipments provided and salary, in that short sum of salary that I received I had tons of workload which in turn made to resign from my position.
