If you found in Birla open minds head office team you will found 90% employees are less than from 6 month in system.

...ng materials. They are running their parallel books company and uniform company. You have to work for 2 company for the same salary.

...thy culture.supportive team and admin department is very cooperative with staff.good company policies,good salary and bonus every year .transparent management.

Removing teacher without reason is not fair with employ.

The only thing I liked about the school was their pick and drop facility for the staffs.

... Birla (Danapur) made it worst. They never go with their terms and conditions. Also, they don’t credit the salary on time plus they’ll keep your 1-2 months salary even if you serve the notice period after the resignation letter this happened with me plus many other teaching staffs. No work ethics. I won’t suggest anyone to go for OPEN MINDS BIRLA (Danapur Branch).

It was the students from whom I worked so long as I was very connected to them but the management mainly current principal treat them as a medium through which they can generate money in the name of child’s development but they never do anything for their betterment

Never give proper salary as the cbse norms and most important thing is that the teachers including group D staff never get their salary on time. They received one month salary after the completion on 3 month
