They don't know what they're doing They don't care about teachers as they're all replaceable for them. No teacher has stayed for a long time in this school which talks a lot about the working environment

Birla Open Minds has a healthy work culture, the managers are cooperative & respectful. The company has a very noble vision for the students future & it has only five days working in a week which I hardly see in any other organizations these days.
