No vision only mindset to cheat franchise. There quality of teaching materials. They are running their parallel books company and uniform company. You have to work for 2 company for the same salary.

Birla Open Minds has a healthy work culture, the managers are cooperative & respectful. The company has a very noble vision for the students future & it has only five days working in a week which I hardly see in any other organizations these days.
