nothing they donot flow labour law, they thrive on peoples full and final money. they do not pay even after giving them the work. under the reason of redundancy they terminate people and use the same money for appraisals. absconding is the only way out here.

They did an employee orientation, where they paid all expenses. That's it. Just for 2 nights... No training , just a formality meeting.

...gy to reach out and penetrate regional markets. Our insights went to deaf ears. In the end, they said - u didn't perform so , salary on hold. ... I was offended and left... Within next 30 days , entire team was sacked due to non performance... 8 people out of 16 had left by the time I left .. The remaining 7 out of 8 were terminated overnight. Cam you believe that!?! This was the Acquisition School Sales Team for K-12 transformation..

If you found in Birla open minds head office team you will found 90% employees are less than from 6 month in system.
