No proper training they give newly join people Job stability worst Lead quality very less they provide No such lead they provide When they want to fire you they will set a huge target where you can not hit in dream also Inshort birla open mind is loss making company where no employee have job stability surety they remove employee when they want bad company ever i worked through out my entire work life

If you found in Birla open minds head office team you will found 90% employees are less than from 6 month in system.

...ng materials. They are running their parallel books company and uniform company. You have to work for 2 company for the same salary.

The only thing I liked about the school was their pick and drop facility for the staffs.

... Birla (Danapur) made it worst. They never go with their terms and conditions. Also, they don’t credit the salary on time plus they’ll keep your 1-2 months salary even if you serve the notice period after the resignation letter this happened with me plus many other teaching staffs. No work ethics. I won’t suggest anyone to go for OPEN MINDS BIRLA (Danapur Branch).
