I was joined as an intern through university. I liked their demonstration show like coal mine show, math show etc.

Dislikes

All are good. But their maintenance are not good. Such as exhibit which are already showed.

It offered me to grow in initial days of my career. Had I continued I would have achieved success in the academic field in which I had studied during graduation.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
