Wonderful teammates, plenty of on-job training and workshops, job is secure unless someone commits a fraud or is completely incapable of carrying out the work given, talent is recognised and opportunities are given for growth and self-expression, salary can always be better, appraisal is reasonably fair. There is opportunity to travel within the country and abroad. Politics will be there in any organisation, as here, but it does not go out of hand in most cases. Innovative work and initiative is appreciated greatly. There is good work-life balance. It's a happy place to work in.

Dislikes

The Counselor Soumita is a bad person. That's all that's bad about the school.
