First of all if you only seen salary than definitely birla century is good. But if you also believe in work culture than birla century is worst. I am working there for 9 months, my personal experience is not good at all. There will be no any time limit for work. HR department told you 8 hours work but your manager not relive before 12 hr. It is not only about time, raf language, no any kind of systematic work. Yes Birla has big brand name but inside it is not good to work. If you are fresher than my advice is you find better option. You can not start you career with the company.

Too much involvement in paper work, rather than exploring market and gaining experiences and Growth. Working even on weekends and late night working...

I have some knowledge gain by senior person of clind employee But i am not saticfies thermax ltd and green thermo power plant..Thats why i will leave in birla century

There is a lot of polotics of thermax ltd and green thermo power pvt ltd and salary also decent by green thermo power pvt ltd and thermax ltd has not support in any thinks..

Job security is 💯%assured.salary on time...very fantastic housing colony with temple, cricket ground, badminton court, holleyball court, gym, library, mess, Park etc etc.all festival will enjoy together inside the colony..

Less salary, less yearly increment, worker union and politics is horrible.no support from JR Department to control union. Workers not listening supervisor. Duty time more...
