Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight INA day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Likes

Working environment is much better. Gym, badminton court, vollyball court and lots of gaming facilities available. Functional program organised time to time. Teammates are supportive and good. Overalls experience is satisfactory.

Company policy is is very poor of Birla Carbon. Other business is not removed employees from their services due to Corona.

Birla Carbon Management is very poor. My experience is above 34 years from the date plant construction. The Management is removed from my services with one minute without any reason. Many of employees removed their services without any reason. This type management policy not good for employees.
