Very long list: Culture, values, amazing product, teamwork, compensation, growth opportunities and above all, a trustworthy sales management, always working side by side and leading by example.

The cons are totally outweighed by the positives I encounter daily at Birdeye. It's a family of like-minded individuals.

I like out-of-the-box thinking. The culture is amazing; open and accepting environment. I have seen us using our own product in different ways - that shows our belief in what we offer to our customers.
