Even the higher ups are not skilled enough, they're all dependent on lower ones and company won't value you and can fire you anytime.

...kend, we have to do a lot of repeated manual work which can be automated easily. It would be great if the salary can be distributed on the 1st of the month instead of the 5th day. 90 Days Notice period is too much and it should be flexible.
