As a backend developer at Birbal AI, I have had the opportunity to work with a modern tech primarily centered around Java, springboot and the microservices. The company offers the collaborative environment where developers can work closely with data scientist and AI experts providing the opportunity to learn and grow. The leadership is supportive offering clear guidance on project goals and a great deal on autonomy of how to create an opportunity. The team culture is open and transparent and also flexible work hours makes it useful to balance the things.

While the company as a great opportunity and culture overall, their are some occasional challenges with process alignment .These sometimes leads to confusion around the best practices ,especially in term of deployment and cross team work flow.
