Pros: Nursing department head is Ayushma shakya. she is the most talented and humble person, and also, I'm grateful to work with such people and organization. I'll always be thankful for her support. She has given a lot of benefits to employee. I believe everyone would like to work under her guidance.

Once nurse work for more than a year than they start to like everything about that hospital because they have already became familiar with rules, regulation and people too.
