Company is toooooo good because of my personal reason I left the job otherwise we can work until retirement. This company having world 2nd india 1st BSL PLANT 3, And owner is good , managers also good

Management is very poor, Employees are not getting any benefits, No job securities, If 3 memos received means, we have to quite the company. Retired persons only can get benefits. No one appreciate, if you have done excellent job.
