...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job Security is so much in the Biostadt India ltd. Because my personal example In COVID company help me my all financially need and salary benefits without any reduction.

Top management of this company is awesome. Provide lots of opportunities to improve self and compansate for excellent work. Additional benefits are also provided.

Dislikes

Working time is not fixed and no extra compansations for it. Progress is very slow and can't get good salary hike if you have bad relation with someone means sometimes it goes personal over there. No value of experience and knowledge and buddy appreciate suggestions if we think batter then them. Qualification also doesn't matter and experience and knowledge doesn't matter for promotion and increment. Overall middle and lower management is not good and influence the work culture and creativity obstacles for new talents. Special who are very old with this organisation always do that with new joining people.
