Unprofessional management, Micro Management, Owner EGO , Delayed salary (next month 10th or even more delayed for no reason) Total outbound sale NO appraisal. NO job security, People are fired any time by Owner for no reason and no compensation. NO life and balance - 11 hours for 6 days. TOXIC WORK CULTURE.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The experience at this company was nothing short of awful. There's absolutely no job security here as they can fire you at any time without notice, especially since it is a contractual job with ridiculous terms and conditions. The company's leadership & Management are far from professional and many of the positives reviews here are from the employees who are pressured to leave glowing ratings in exchange for job security(I was one of them). One of the most frustrating aspect of this company is how they transfer employees between departments without warning or any regard to your skillset. This isn't even an IT company - it's a 3D rendering company, and you're expected to do work outside of your role with no training or guidance. They made me join in Day shift and slowly turned it into graveyard - night shift. The owner, Sagar Gupta alias Bhavya Pataliya, is hands down one of the worst-behaved people you'll ever encounter. He speaks nonsense to everyone, and it's common to receive ultimatums about being fired on the spot. Another major issue is the lack of transparency when you leave the company. They don't provide salary slips when you're switching jobs, making it impossible to keep proper records for your future employment. The HR team makes empty promises and fails to deliver on almost every front. One HR member, in particular, has gained significant power within the company and is now particularly the "malkin" of the place, micromanaging everything and treating employees poorly. Also asking for leaves is essentially a crime here. I was getting married and asked for a month's leave, they refused and when I agreed to join early, they forced me to take a non payable two months sabatical. When I joined back 2 months later, they told me that they don't have any work for me right now and fired me. You're basically made to feel guilty for taking time off, and it's constantly a hassle to get approval. In summary, this company is a toxic environment with really poor management and no regard for employee well-being. Do yourself a favor and avoid working here.
