...rking day without payment 4)then every 4th saturday is working with in 3months 5) 2 month notice period without salary working system..When u resign then after 2 month will get that salary....That means total 4 months will go...So nobody can get new job with in this period

Employee engagement is zero because of which onboarding and initial phase was brutal. There was no one to talk because everyone is swamped with loads of work. Employee is treated like a slave. Humongous work pressure and the manager that I worked with was very rude, lacking empathy with zero team spirit. There were times I used to feel so alone that I almost broken down. I would suggest to join this company only if you have no other option

I enjoyed working with some colleagues who are equally experienced & skilled parsons, they are really good people.

Poor work culture & micro management. Work life is not balanced. No opportunities to work on challenging projects.

Clueless Directors, Arrogant senior executives, biased Managers. A Company that has no clue where it is heading. Half-hearted attempts at expansion have blown up in the face as they don't know what to do. Do not join this Company, you will regret it!
