Worst company to work for any individual, they do not have any safety in their so called plant, their employees are not properly trained, they do not give any facilities to their employees and they don't even care about their employees life. They don't want their employees work life balance.

If you do not have any job or you are jobless then sit in your home and enjoy but do not join this company. Being jobless is far more better then working in this organization.

Very high work pressure and there is no trainer. Seniors always shouting on you, and the worst thing you can never take leave although you are sick. Untill you are in very critical, serious condition then they may be give you the leave for few days and deduct your salary. On registered holidays they will not give you holiday. Weekly off is also not fixed. It will depend on your manager. Overall bas experience I will suggest you prepare for any good company or try to find out any other option.
