Owner of the consultancy is little bit good in nature but the team they have in BD department all are extreme arrogant & no support at all.

Likes

The company gives immense scope to each employee to grow and learn and diversify in different facets of the job. There is no hurry to prove yourself in the company. Even if you are progressing slow, the founder sees the progress instead of quantifying it. As regards the perks and benefit and company culture, there is full freedom and good work is rewarded time and again.

There is nothing much only I would highlight 2 points, 1) The behavior of the CEO/Owner of this company. On you join this company he seems to be humble in the beginning of your working days, will be supporting you guiding you during your start. 2) Some of the SPOCs here are really very supportive and understand the team member's problem and help them to find a solution for it.

Too many cons to mention here but it would take my entire day so would highlight the important ones only. 1) Almost all the requirements that the clients share with this consultancy are very niche, there's a huge probability of getting duplicates, and previously interviewed candidates. 2) The clients are very rigid here in terms of requirements. (need candidates from same product domain, extremely low budget, considering candidates from their 2-3 competitors only, no relocation preferred, strict educational qualification, no consideration of virtual interviews and so on.) 3) If you join here you will always have to reach out to either the BD team or the SPOC of that client for requirements, you'll not get the access of the JDs of the active positions so can you can choose and work on it in a comfortable manner. 4) On explaining your problem no one is going to listen to your it instead they will ask you to adjust according to the requirements and needs and work for the requirements and would rather blame you that your work pattern is not correct and will point out your mistakes. 5) They are mostly into healthcare hiring and the requirements which is active with this vendor are very difficult to close almost impossible. 6) Too many issues are there and additionally if one person will say that these no. of positions are active and on asking to work on those positions and on connecting with the respective BD or the SPOC they will say the positions are not active or they will say Cvs are already shared, or they'll say that requirements is on pause. Always contradictory statements given by the BDs and SPOCs here. 7) If you join here you'll have to handle and manage to many google sheets, excel sheets, excel trackers for each candidates, each positions, each clients, your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly updates and so on as they don't have any ATS systems for tracking client candidate details and sharing with the client through ATSs. So by EOD you'll get all puzzled about what to do, how to do, and when to do. 8) Last but not the least, as mentioned in the likes section about the owner/CEO of this consultancy he will act as if he's supporting and guiding you but as the days passes he'll turn out to be extremely biased and rude towards few of the employees, he'll ask you for your suggestions and POV if any changes required in the company or in the process but in the end he'll give lectures and will ask you to adjust in the same problematic work environment and will force you to work for such illogical requirements shared by their so-called clients no matter what it takes.

No worth of your hard work...CEO is very biased doesnt have big clients but always make pressure for big closures even when u r working hard...not recommended for anyone else it will spoil ur career..lala type company no system at all...no work culture at.. they shout on you like hell.... They don't have patience and running a firm
